Job Description职位描述:

1. Assist Finance Director deal with routine administrative work, scheduling and business trips including transportation and hotels.

协助财务总监处理日常行政事务，日常工作及差旅安排包括机票，酒店预订

2. Provide office administrative support to other staff in the department.

为部门其他员工提供办公行政的支持

3. Coordination within department and other departments in assigned tasks.

与公司部门内外进行沟通协调

4. Responsible for arranging the departmental quarterly Newsletter manuscript collection and issue.

负责组织、安排部门内部刊物的组稿及发行工作

5. Coordinate and arrange finance department team building activities

协调组织财务部团队建设活动

6. Coordinate finance document management.

负责财务部档案管理

Requirements任职要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree above.

大学本科以上毕业

2. Major in English, secretary, administration or related , English major is preferred.

英语、秘书、行政或相关专业，英语专业优先

3. At least 3 years of experience in secretary, assistant or admin. Proficient in cross department cooperation and coordination in complex structured company.

至少在秘书、助理或行政岗位有3年以上工作经验；拥有大型公司跨部门沟通协调经验者优先；

4. Earnest and responsible.

品质诚实、责任心强

5. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

英文读写能力强

6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

能熟练运用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件

7. Good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills. 擅于与人沟通，组织协调能力好
