工作职责：
1.完成北京、上海和广州猎头团队的招聘需求。
2.调查行业外部人才存量与分布状况，并进行有效分析，设定招聘策略。
3.开发维护合适、高效的招聘渠道。
4.协助维护社交网络上的公司品牌形象；包括Linkedin、微博、猎头社区等。
5.将所有应聘简历存档，建立应聘人员信息库，储备人才。
任职资格：
1.2年或以上招聘模块工作经验。
2.本科及以上学历，具备人力资源管理、培训、法律等专业知识。
3.了解国家相关政策法规，熟悉人力资源管理知识和企业招聘运作流程4。
4.有猎头行业招聘经验或猎头工作经验者优先。
