THE JOB：
1. Ensures all employees working in the department strictly adhere to all company and government safety and health practices.
2. Serves on the Safety Committee and work as a safety model in manufactory department;
3. To ensure factory hygiene and adherence to GMP in the responsible area and continuously seek to improve in this area through good communication, training of associates and good management.;
4. To deliver planned factory output with higher MSA and continues to reduce non-values added activities and time.
5. To drive and lead the kaizen activities of first time quality, saleable product and actively seek ways to reduce and eliminate consumer complaints resulting from manufacturing.
6. Ensure 100% AM involvement in responsible area;
7. Set the KPI objective in responsible area and strongly achieve it with lean method;
8. Ensures that written formulas and procedures be followed to produce product that meets Company Standards. Detailed record of the process is kept as part of the Quality Control program.
9. Coordinates the flow of production
10. Coaching and engage the team
11. To build effective team, managing and improve team’s training program and job rotation to encourage associates and improve team’s competency.
12. Recommends wage increase for department employees.
13. Reviews production reports, monitors personnel performance and informs the department Manager of production’s progress and problems.
14. Coordinates manufacture headcount organization, operation practice and employees cross training in the whole manufacturing department.
15. Works with factory management team on daily work assignments;
16. Work closely with all other function team members to support whole business;
17. Monitor daily operation with related routine items and continuously build a innovation team in responsible area
INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
1. A college degree or its equivalent in work experience is necessary, along with 8 years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
2. Incumbent needs to have basic understanding of the mechanical operation, industrial safety, the Manufacturing Resource Planning II (MRPII), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP and WQMS.
3. In addition, solid supervisory, team leading, motivating, interpersonal skills are required.
