Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent:
1. Co-ordinates and directs the Utility team in Engineering
2. Establish utilities & facilities strategy and master plan
3. Establish/ improve preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance on building and utility system.
4. Monitor performance and provide adequate coach & feedback to team member for performance improvement
5. Monitors the cost of maintenance, electricity, steam with analysis and control plan.
6. Lead & drive improvement facilities & utility in GMP , safety and sustainability .
7. Liaison on supply related matters ( electricity /steam /Water) with government .
8. Assists Engineering manager on Special Projects as required.
9. Comply with factory GMP, food safety, ESH&S requirements and regulation.
Incumbent Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent major along with at least 3 years of utility engineering experience in multinational companies. The incumbent should background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) ISO 9000/14000/18000,and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The incumbent should have good planning and analytical skill and good communication skill, and English proficiency, must be a proactive team player with integrity, maturity and confidence.
