Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent:
1. Design and write maintenance strategies / procedures / work instructions, and measure the resulted to ensure maintenance effectiveness
2. Establish approaches &standards of condition based maintenance& Predictive maintenance for critical equipment and provide technical support on diagnostic technical
3. Establish or update maintenance information system for existing machinery as key part of EEM( early equipment management ) pillar
4. Conduct maintenance CI(continuous –improvement ) and review in regular basis .
5. Determines high cost areas of equipment, and recommends appropriate actions in order to maintain efficient operation of these areas.
6. Comply with factory GMP, food safety, ESH&S requirements and regulation.
7. Optimize and minimize spare part safety -stock inventory via systematic maintenance review .
8. Lead machine upgrade activities in maintenance section
9. Incorporate requirements & expectation of safety/ Ergo/Environmental/ food safety/GMP/Quality into maintenance standards , and drive execution.

Incumbent Requirements
1. This position requires a bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent major along with at least 3 years of maintenance engineering experience with at least 1 year in supervisory maintenance daily operation or in multinational companies.
2. The incumbent should have a solid background in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles as well as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) ISO 9000/14000/18000,and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The incumbent should have good planning and analytical skill and good communication skill, and English proficiency, must be a proactive team player with integrity, maturity and confidence.
