Responsibilities:
1.Integrating, understanding and anticipating sourcing needs according to company goal
2.Identification and development of (alternative)suppliers
3.Competitive sourcing through issue RFQ, quotation analysis, negotiation, contract.
4.Develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans
5.Arrange performance review and improvement action
6.Define and lead cost saving plan

Education / Experience:
1.5+ years sourcing experience
2.Excellent negotiation skills
3.Independent, initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline
4.Project management skills
5.Good analysis and problem solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense
6.Skillful at oral and written in English, PC skill and ERP system
