Job description：
1. Conduct clinical trials according to ICH-GCP, company SOP and regulatory requirement
2. Produces comprehensive visit reports
3. Handle CRF collection, query resolution and SAE reporting in a timely manner
4. Collect and maintain all necessary document
5. Adherence to the timelines and budget
6. Maintain good relationship with the investigators
7. Do feasibility study according to sponsor's requirement
8. Sr.CRA will also be involved in coaching the junior CRAs, and developing monitoring tool.

Job Requirements：
1. At least 1.5 year experience as CRA or with high potential.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Good English skill and communication skill.
4. Better to have experience in CV studies.
5. Able to work under high pressure and with high efficiency.
