职位描述
任职要求：
1.有电子/汽车行业外企SIOP/MPS或生产计划主管经验3年以上的经验；
2.清晰的思维能力和良好的沟通能力；
3.对数字敏感，有较好的逻辑能力；
4.熟悉EXCEL常用函数的使用；
5.英语听说读写流利，能与国外供应商进行日常的工作交流。
6.会英语并持有日语证书，BSCM或者CPIM认证优先。
Main responsibilities
1.Co-ordinate and manage the plant SIOP and MPS process:
2.Lead the plant monthly SIOP meeting and the weekly MPS meeting.
3.Manage, define and review the master production schedules for all end items to reach plant objectives (Delivery performance and inventory level required).
4.Lead MPS and SIOP process at plant level by consolidating data from different departments and identify internal and external bottlenecks.
5.Improve constantly the SIOP and MPS processes.
6.Ensure the respect of SIOP and MPS procedures and maintain them at the best level.
7.Ensure MPS is realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, plant objectives and capacities:
8.Ensure the feasibility of plant MPS regarding actual and external capacities.
9.Ensure the plant resource plan is consistent with the SIOP and modify APU’s MPS if necessary.
10.Ensure the plant industrial objectives by optimizing resources and inventory level.
11.Measure the daily production achievement vs the MPS for each product family and the demand plan accuracy
12.Propose action plan to improve the MPS service rate level.
13.Manage the load of the plant and propose resource allocations regarding customer demands:
14.Manage bottlenecks issues by co-ordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, production).
