Key Accountabilities:
主要职责
1、Implement according to ISO 9001 documents按ISO9001程序文件要求执行相关工作。
2、Organize the delivery, prepare the documents necessary for delivery and make the records accordingly组织发货,准备发货所需的资料，做好相关记录工作。
3、Manage and coordinate the out-sourced transportation vehicles and personnel, arrange the small quantity delivery in-time and organize the delivery our Shanghai, to ensure the delivery in-time and the quantity as requested by customers according to company logistic service commitment. Keep the customers well communicated if delivery not in-time. 管理协调外包运输车辆及人员,及时安排小批量送货,组织外地送货。按照公司的送货服务承诺按时按量将产品送达客户，确实有困难不能及时送到，应与客户沟通协调好。
4、Keep well the signed-back delivery slip, and cooperate with finance dept to issue the invoice in time 及时保管好送货回单,按时与财务部配合开具发票;
5、Be responsible for monthly statistic of transportation expenses每月统计运输费用;
6、Do the monthly summary of delivery.每月做好送货情况汇总工作.
7、Be responsible for order processing in ERP system and communicate and coordinate with jobsite, distributor, sales, production and warehouse in factory.负责每日将客户的订单录入到ERP系统中，并与工地，经销商，销售员的沟通和协调。
8、Perform the A/R reconciliation with distributors at the end of month mainly in delivery and A/R recovery. 每月月底与经销商进行对帐工作。（主要是发货与回款）。
9、Answering service hotline, responsible for customer complaint. 接听客服热线，及时处理客户投诉。

Qualification Requirements：
任职要求
* Typical Education Level教育背景： college or university degree.
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能：Proficient in OFFICE, Fluent English and has ERP experience preferable
* Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质：Can work under pressure, Harding working, reliable and loyal be must, good-tempered, easy-going, good at coordinating with others
