Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- 推广机械安全产品知识和应用,贯彻产品策略在区域内的实施;

Promote machine safety product and applications, proceed product strategy and marketing plan in responsible area.
- 指导,支持和推动渠道内的销售同事开发区域内的目标客户，协助区域完成区域内安全产品的销售指标；
Support and drive sales colleague to develop new customer, help to archive safety product area sales budget.
- 为区域内产品支持同事及地区销售制定培训计划，定期组织培训；
？Make product training plan for local sales and support colleague, handle local technical seminar.
- 对分销商和客户进行产品培训，在业务上指导/支持分销商的发展；
Support and ensuring distributor an optimized development of potential customers, handle distributor and customer training.
- 组织，协调区域内安全产品的市场活动、技术培训/讲座等。
？Coordinate and organize marketing event in responsible area.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- 电气工程、机械及工业自动化或相关大学本科学历;
？Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation or relevant discipline。
- 两年以上电气产品设计、销售或支持经验
？Minimum two years technical or marketing experience in automation industry.
- 熟悉锻压,注塑,包装,汽车等行业, 有安全产品销售/支持经验者优先;
The previous experiences in press/packaging/plastic machinery OEMs will be strong preferred. The knowledge in machine safety is also a plus.
- 具有良好的英语和计算机操作水平.
？Excellent team spirit and collaborative attitude, good command of English, computer experience.
