？ Product development.
Work with R&D department for product development.
？ Liaising with mould maker, last maker, for the mould and last proceeding and checking, grading
？ Liaising with outsole supplier, for the sole developing, prototype sample, technical details transferring, etc
？ Liaising with footwear supplier, for the prototype sample, the pattern trail, grading, technical details transferring, etc
？ Assist R&D development team for the sample follow up, make sure sample finished on time and up-to-standard
？ Work closely with each team to make sure production quality up-to-standard
？ Establish effective and good communications between supplier and Bata Industrials

Requirements:
？ University degree or above
？ Minimum 5 year footwear working experience, preferably in Safety Footwear background
？ Knowledge on pattern, mould, last
？ Good command in written and spoken English
？ Good communication skill and team work spirit
？ Stable, honest, and responsible
？ Capable for frequent traveling
