-For our Energy Sector in GUANGZHOU,we are looking for a 广州西门子变压器有限公司 能源集团 支持部 行政专员 Office administration officer.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Including but not limited to office suppliers, stationary administration assistance, mail, distribution, and messenger service, fleet management, shuttle bus, clearning, canteen and recetiption, meeting room and communication (fax telephone etc.)

2.Ensure that admin activities are completed with good quality and accroding to estblished standards, process etc.

3.Admin budget plan.

4.Monthly expense check-up produced in responsible areas.

5.Liaise with functional or operation departments to ensure that office admin policies, and activities are appropriate.

6. Office supplies management

　　广州西门子变压器有限公司（ETGZ）是西门子输配电集团和广州机电集团的合资企业。公司所有的产品：最高电压达500KV的电力变压器以及2500KVA及以下的油浸式配电变压器，均按照伊林的技术和标准设计、制造，并持有“伊林”品牌。广州西门子的设立也是西门子全球化和当地化战略的一个组成部分。

　　广州西门子座落在广州经济技术开发区的东区，占地面积65,000平方米，可年产15,000MVA的变压器。公司地理位置优越，便捷的交通可在2公里内通达铁路、高速公路和城市快速干线，距离黄埔港仅不到10公里。公司采用了90年代末期的现代技术制造最高质量标准的变压器。
