职位描述：
1. 完成分公司渠道的业绩指标；
2. 与合作渠道各层级人员进行沟通、协调，保证业务顺畅进行；
3. 协助合作渠道相关人员完成制作建议书、报价、投保、理赔、保全等相关工作；
4. 通过询报价与公司后台部门协调客户需求和业务对策以促成业务；
5. 定期巡视合作经代机构，保证各种销售业务单证及宣传资料齐全；
6. 对合作经代机构业务人员进行产品及公司相关规定的培训/ 指导，通过深入了解经代机构销售人员，有针对性的提供他们能从中受益的培训/ 指导；
7. 激励制度落实：参与策划、推动各种业务方案的宣传、激励活动，并将结果及时反馈；


岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，保险、工商管理、优先考虑；
2. 至少有3年金融业相关从业经验；
3. 优先考虑具备具有经代渠道资源、团险资源的人员；

相关知识要求：
1. 良好的计算机技能；
2. 良好的沟通统筹技能，良好的销售技能；
