A sizeable Apparel Design and Sourcing Group specializing in Women swear for the US and UK major retailers is looking for a creative CAD Manager/Print Designer. This is a challenging position with a fashion driven speed to market apparel group.

You will be responsible to handle the following job roles :
* manage the CAD Studio
* lead the CAD design team to create/develop innovative and commercial prints/embroidery/embellishment designs that fit into different buyers’ expectation
* ensure individual brands’ esthetic is maintained
* Good price conscious on embellishments
* Manage internal CAD Studio archive
* enhance strategic relationships with embroidery factories

You shall have following attributes in order to fulfill the job requirements :
* Diploma/Degree level in Fashion Design qualification
* Minimum 8 years womenswear fashion apparel experience working in CAD and design development, ideally for international brands
* CAD, Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge a must
* Good design eyes to identify prints/fashion trend
* A team player with ability to create and develop new and exciting prints, embroidery and embellishment designs
* Fast pace and be flexible with deadlines
* Good spoken and written English / Cantonese
* Excellent Interpersonal skills for communication with factories/mills/Hong Kong design team.

* 管理CAD Studio 的存档要求
* 与绣花厂保持良好的合作伙伴关系

你须具备以下条件：
* 服装设计专科
* 八年以上女服绣花、印花设计及开发经验，有国际品牌经验优先考虑
* 精通运作设计电脑软件如photoshop, CAD, Illustrator等
* 对审美、色彩、图案、时装趋势、美朮敏感度高
* 有团队合作精神
* 节奏快，能在限期内完成指定工作
* 良好的中英文听说及读写能力
* 能以良好的沟通技巧与工厂、印花厂及香港设计组作紧密联系
