Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations& Culture Development

1.Promote company culture and value in terms of promotion program as well as refresh training, deliver joyful and healthy concept by newsletter, reading corner, etc;

2.Organize company events, like annual dinner, outing , family day, etc;

3.Drive for energetic & various activities, for example, hobby groups activities, kinds of competition, etc;

4.Play the role as Communication Bridge between company and employee, line manager and employee, labour union and company, maintain communication channel to be effective and smooth, for example, organize regular frontline staffs meeting, birthday party, go into front line to understand more about colleagues’ thinking,

5.Engagement Survey and its follow up;

6.Implement HR policies & Procedures, support direct managers in handling labour issues;

7.Organizer of charity activities to support company conducts its social responsibilities.

Staffing:

1.Responsible for staffing process for SG 4-. Conduct interview and selection of candidates to fill in open positions and achieve lead time target;

2.Support manager in developing recruiting channel as well as effective talent selection tools;

3.Fulfil employment procedure for new hires including employment declaration to government, new hires on board process & probation management;

4.Responsible for GZP permanent staffs employment contract renew to ensure internal & external compliance

Data Maintenance and reports

1. Maintain SHARP to be the most update upon any changes on staffs’ information

2. Keep staffing progress report update on weekly basis;

3.Do headcount report, turnover report for KGT on monthly basis;

4.Update company organization chart on monthly basis;

5.Maintain ER expense to be update and control ER expense within budget.

Improvement of processes, procedures

Proactively identify opportunities for improving the quality, efficiency of ER & Staffing operations to the great extent added value to make the company “a delicious place to work”.

Compliance:

Comply with HR, SSE, Quality and other corporate policies/rules. Correct and timely report improper behaviour of any employee, contractors and visitors, including unsafe behaviour that would compromise environmental standards or product quality, and other behaviour that violates corporate policies.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in management or relevant

2.Good knowledge of English as well as computer operation

3.Good interpersonal skills and teamwork player

4.HR functional skills in staffing, employment contract management, understand key local labour laws and regulation;

5.Have experience in organizing events with no less than 500 participants is preferred

6.Planning and priority setting

7.At least 4 years in HR working experience.

8.Working for a multi-national company is preferred
