Graphic Designer: creative and retouching

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Creative Designer is a creative individual with experience retouching images, particularly
clothing imagery. The Graphic Designer should also be able to create basic visual communication
material as well (advertisement, presentation documents). Skills in photography will be an
advantage.
OVERARCHING RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Participating in strategic sessions, creative and technical implementation, and working with our team
of sourcing, marketing people as well as clients;
？ Executing on the creative aspect of our projects;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Reports to and works in conjunction with marketing and management;
？ Collaborates with project team to plan and design aspects of assigned projects;
？ Serves as an integral member of the project team;
？ Accountable for managing design as per client requirements;
？ Drives effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas;
？ Participates in new-business development efforts;
？ Works with project managers on all projects.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
？ Enjoy working in the digital marketing field;
？ Online Portfolio;
？ Must have deep knowledge of graphics software (including a combination of Adobe Photoshop, and
Illustrator)
？ Must be willing to read, research, learn and improve on design
？ Must be able to execute creative development process from start to finish;
？ Must be able to perform multiple tasks within established deadlines;
？ Written and spoken English is a must
？ Strong presentation skills for presentations and meetings;
？ Strong ability in problem-detecting and problem-solving;
？ Knowledge and/or experience in web/online/interactive design, with excellent knowledge of the
design programs required for that discipline will be a very strong advantage;
？ Skills and portfolio in photography will be an advantage
Salary: 5000 RMB
Work location: Near Changgang metro station, Haizhu District
