职位描述
岗位职责：
1、搜集设计资讯，预测服装流行趋势，提出新产品开发计划负责款式设计；
2、根据公司既定的产品开发方向，完成设计稿的系列开发，并跟进制作过程；
3、对产品款类、款式、面辅料、颜料进行系统设计；
4、整理当季新产品的产品风格介绍的详细资料；关注产品上市后客户的反馈。

任职资格：
1、服装设计专业大专以上学历，有5年以上女装高端品牌（大淑装）实际工作经验；
2、时尚触觉敏锐，设计创意强；
3、熟悉服装成本构成、工艺制作、服装运作流程和操作规范，有较强的色彩学和服装搭配知识；
4、熟悉国内外知名品牌风格与趋势，把握服装色彩、面料等流行趋势， 善于分析目标顾客的消费需求，具备一定产品分析能力；
5、沟通协调能力、团队合作意识强；
6、熟悉定制女装的开发，能根据市场走向、流行趋势及客户需求进行开发与设计工作经验者优先.公司介绍
