1、计算机相关专业，大专及以上学历，有两年以上技术支持或系统运营维护服务的相关工作经验
2、 掌握主流网络设备、主机、安全产品及网管软件的原理及安装调试
3、 可独立排除各种PC，打印机，服务器及网络以及常用软件的故障，能解决各种突发问题
4 具有较强的工作责任心和敬业精神，以及良好的团队领导能力和协作精神，并能够自主独立地开展工作，以及良好的项目推动能力
5、基本英文读写能力，具有良好的服务态度及意识，工作热情细致，善于与人沟通并乐于学习接受新鲜事物。
