职位要求：

1.大学专科或本科毕业 (旅游、酒店管理，导游、英语专业优先)

2.三至五年出境旅游销售经验 （熟悉欧洲市场,有自由行销售概念优先）

3.具备大学英语6级以上，有较强的英语听说读写能力,能在全英文环境中工作

4.熟练使用相关的办公软件及熟悉电脑知识

5.具备负责团队操作，自主维护客户的服务能力和意识

6.较强的抗压能力，可以接受加班，优秀的沟通和说服能力，学习能力和团队合作能力强，有较强的责任心

7.对旅游市场有一定的敏感性，掌握一定的欧洲旅游专业知识，具备良好的与客户沟通能力和服务意识

Qualification Requirements:

1. University Degree, preferably majors in Tourism & Hospitality Management/ English literature / Guide or Tour Leader
2. Minimum 3-5 years of outbound travel industry sales experience. European experience and basic understanding of tour operation procedures is a huge plus
3. Travel Market sensitive and knowledge of European destinations
4. In charge of the operation for tours.Positive thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical & articulate.
5. University English of 6 Grade above,excellent command of English and Chinese languages. Able to work in full English environment
6. Computer literature and proficient in Microsoft office applications and have a good computer knowledge
7. Strong verbal/written communication skills, and capable of working under pressure
8. Outgoing personality and team work spirit

Key Responsibilities:

1.Communication & Coordination liaison between Guangzhou Office and European Offices
2.Clear understanding of the needs of the clients via office sales
3.Timely and accurate service reservation via PC-based system in full English environment
4.Keep clear records of reservation status/feedback/updates from Europe
5.Direct communication with clients for service adjustments
6.Paper work delivery and handover to travel agents prior to group departure
7.Instant response and correct decision making/handling to unforeseen circumstances during group operation
8.Accurate invoice generation based on factual operation
9.Follow-ups upon service completion
10.CRM ( Customer Relation Management/Maintenance)
