Responsibility

1. Daily communicate with workmate in US office and supplier to guarantee the order can be shipped on time;

2. Coordinate in-between assigned freight forwarder and vendor to guarantee the container space, smoothen export operation;

3, Daily update open & close order report and maintain the accuracy of data input;

4, Consolidate shipment to improve FCL rate;

5, Summarize production lead-time and on-time delivery monthly;

6, Other duty assigned;

Requirement

1. Over 5 years relevant working experience in US or Europe company

2. Good written and oral English for daily communication;

3. Cooperative and proactive;

4. Some knowledge of the export policy

5. Good Excel skill
