主要职责
? 督促学生遵守学生手册和宿舍手册的各项规定
? 支持学校的英语学习环境，用英语跟学生交流
? 分配宿舍房间
? 监督宿舍房间的清洁和整洁，维护安全健康的住宿环境
? 保护学校宿舍财产
? 公平对待学生，对住宿生要有同理心，尤其是当国际学生适应新的文化和生活方式遇到困难的时候给予适当关怀
? 与其他宿舍老师一起负责宿舍的日常运作
? 及时发现并上报存在的安全隐患
? 尊重个人隐私
? 与其他宿舍老师（4个）轮流值晚班
? 参加员工会议及其他

Over the past thirteen years, Alcanta has successfully established and operated two schools (Alcanta College of Foreign Languages and Alcanta Vocational School of Foreign Languages) and is in the process of opening an international school (Alcanta International School).
