ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Strategize and manage monthly Marketing Plans and Budgets in line with Annual Marketing Plans.
2. Develop and implement sales promotions that directly impact sales targets such as innovative Guest and Lead generation programs.
3. Develop and manage advertising and public relations activity managing media policy and local Public Relations agency and contacts.
4. Communicate, coordinate and control the implementation and distribution of marketing materials to all internal departments mainly Sales, Personal Training, Group X, Membership and Services.
5. Manage annual Marketing Budget to ensure budget targets are met and cost efficiency is achieved in all spend. Liaise and negotiate with production vendors on costs and production efficiency. Manage all payments and cost allocations.
6. Ensure Legal representation of all local marketing promotional mechanics and materials for local city.
7. Produce tracking reports to show response rates and cost efficiency of all promotions and expenses.
8. Recruit, manage and develop local marketing team.
9. Develop Member Relations and Loyalty programs that encourage improved member retention.
10. Provide information and facts on local market conditions including competitor analysis and new business opportunities and trends.
11. Manage special projects as assigned by direct supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. University Degree in Marketing or Business.
2. At least 10 years working experience in marketing field in retail, fashion or recreation industry, min 5yrs at manager level.
3. Solid experience in developing and implementing marketing promotions.
4. Good understanding of sales promotion mechanics, advertising and public relations
5. Familiar with multi and social media marketing, Strong connection with local media.
6. Requires strong communication, negotiation, organizational, co-ordination and leadership skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, individually and through cross-functional groups
8. Willing to work under tight schedules and high pressure and passionate about producing high work standards
