Communication and Publishing Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Support communication with Parents- answering phones, SMS, translation, researching, writing and distributing press.
* Support preparation the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, videos and multimedia programs.
* Maintain data base and update student profile.
* Assist to organize events including press conferences, education show, lecture, open days and press tours.
* Assist to maintain and update information on the school website.
* Assist to write and edit speeches, articles and reports.
* Support managing speaking and activity opportunities.
* Any work is assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Chinese.
* Positive and can work understand pressure.
* Good at communication.
