我们的客户是一家香港企业，致力于房地产全程策划、销售代理与整合推广等多种经营业务于一身并具有前期规划设计、市场调研、融资能力、营销策划、销售执行乃至商业物业管理服务链，并可做多种物业产品代理的综合型代理机构。

岗位职责：
1、负责项目营销总体工作，包括市场定位、营销策划管理等；
2、负责与发展商进行商务洽谈，制定相关工作计划，设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划，并负责参与策划公司佣金谈判，及跟进落实相关事儿，包括销售情况，广告推广等；
3、负责向公司上级部门进行工作汇报等，提出工作中存在的问题及解决方案。
4、负责进行目标市场初步分析，预测项目客户的初步定位，并提出产品的初步定位和建设标准；
5、负责了解当地的土地价格状况、建设规费标准等基本数据，进行项目投资估算；
6、负责制订策划任务书，明确策划内容及要求
7、负责指导完成项目策划报告，订宣传计划与媒体投放策略；
8、负责制订项目宣传文案，包括平面广告、视频广告等；
9、负责制订项目的营销推广活动计划与安排。

岗位要求：

1、10年以上房地产行业工作经验，有5个或以上大型房地产项目的从业经验；具有丰富房地产营销项目独立操作经验，有成功管理案例；
2、 负责对整体项目的全程管理和质量控制。
3、擅长进行市场调查、定位规划、业态设计、经营测算等工作；
4、 熟悉房地产住宅业态的开发、经营、推广特点；
5、悉国家与地方政策房产变化及趋势等，精通房产营销策划的应用与市场信息。
6、具有较强的策划运作能力， 具有较强的分析、人际交往和谈判能力，具备良好的沟通、协调、组织能力，富有工作激情与热情。
