任职条件：
1.形象良好，优秀沟通能力。
1.房地产营销、策划3年以上工作经验，熟悉策划工作的流程，有丰富的市场策划经验，具有产品研发能力，具备成熟的营销策划理念；能独立同时操作2个项目以上。
2.思维敏捷、观点独到，有一定的市场预判及分析思维，具备出色的沟通及提案能力，能独立进行业务谈判和交涉；
3.具有良好的职业道德，抗压能力强。
4.有较强的文字和语言表达功底，熟悉并能独立处理市场调研、项目定位、消费者需求分析、产品分析、项目数据分析、广告宣传，销售等环节工作并编写策划方案。

岗位职责：
1.负责市场动态分析，包括宏观态势，微观行业市场及消费群体；
2.参与项目活动，市场调研及分析，收集市场信息。
3.制定项目前期市场研究报告，撰写项目经营策划书；
4.制定项目可行性报告、销售策略、促销策略、价格策略的能力；
5.跟踪策划方案的实施和负责方案的调整；
6.配合总监制定合理的业务目标、清晰的项目实施计划及预算计划，完善该区域梯队建设，设计合理的工作流程与各项目部对接。
