Responsibilities:

• Supervise transportation and warehouse operation including customs clearance to meet customer's KPI; maintain

good relationship with customer; responsible for cost control and monthly billing.

• Supervise transportation and warehouse operation including customs clearance;
• Supervise and train staff to run smooth operation and follow SOP strictly;
• Ensure SOP/KPI indicators as well as customer satisfaction targets are obtained
• Maintain good relationship with clients;
• Reporting accurately and timely;
• Responsible for cost control and monthly billing;
• Support the on ad hoc assignments

Requirements: (Locate in Nansha)

• This position must be able to solve problems related to the scheduling and management of the pick-up, transport and delivery of a shipment. This may involve contingency planning, customer service duties and/or escalation management.
• College degree in a business or supply chain field
• At least 6-years in warehouse, transportation and logistics, better from foreign operated and well-known 3PL, 3-years management position experience
• Strong logistics and forwarding knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
• WMS system experience is required
• Reliable and punctual, can work under pressure
• English (fluent in listen, oral, written)
