Responsibilities:

• Execute the shipment order obtains from our Clients. After planning and scheduling the order.subsequentactivities (e.g., Customer Service, Event Management/Resolution) must also be managed.
• Planning of orders/shipments
• Coordinate warehouse daily operation including customs clearance
• Management of the necessary order/components
• Organization of equipment
• Finalization of load plan
• Monitoring of Logistics Service Provider (LSP) progress
• Coordination with on-site origin and destination resources
• Acting as primary communication point for client
• Processing of non-conformity reporting

Requirements: (Locate in Nansha )

• This position must be able to solve problems related to the scheduling and management of the pick-up, transport and delivery of a shipment. This may involve contingency planning, customer service duties and/or escalation management.
• College degree in a business or supply chain field
• At least 3-years in a logistics-related field
• Possess warehousing and distribution knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Microsoft office and WMS system experience is required
• Self-motivated, organized and quality driven
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• English (fluent in listen, oral, written)
