IPL is a global company working primarily in the luxury packaging industry and having offices located in the US (Denver: 2 persons, Boston: 2 persons, and Santa Barbara: 1 person), France (1 person), Scotland (3 persons), China香港安普利 (30 persons), and South Africa (25 persons). Sales are conducted by the US, French and Scottish offices, and project management and operations by the South Africa office. Manufacturing and project management are resourced from the China office.

IPL is seeking an Innovations Manager to spearhead its business winning capability. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with proven success working in a fast-paced environment, and who has the ability to deliver results under pressure. The perfect candidate should be dynamic and entrepreneurial, and should demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels both within and outside of the organization.

Role, Responsibilities, and Key performance areas:
- Manage a systematic concept generation pipeline, inspired by selected media, internal resource, observational and unlimited other alternative inputs.
- Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of and critical insights into the categories in which the company operates and intends to operate, and the brands which the company suppliers and hopes to supply.
- Work closely with oversea NPD and designers for creating and developing new products which can be achieved cost-effectively.
- Manage product development process from concept to product launch.
- Coordinate technical engineers for technical drawings being prepared and approved.
- Ensure accuracy of product specification.
- Provide technical support and training to other teams.
- Collaborate with the Project Management teams to develop creative solutions for relevant projects

1. We are an international trading company, branched in GuangZhou China.
2. Customers under our service are holding the world-famous wiskey brands such as CHIVAS (UK), JACK DANIENL (US), GLENMORANGIE (UK), JONNIE WALKER (UK), etc.
3. Our main job is dealing with China local suppliers and communicating with colleagues in headoffice. Working scope includes the whole process from sourcing, enquiries & costings, samping making, PO execution/quality control to shipment effecting.
