基本职责：

基本要求：
- 5年以上行业经验
- 出色的3D Studio Max和Photoshop工作经验
- 具有Unity或其它游戏引擎的经验
- 高低模型创建，包括贴图烘焙和绘制
- 人物和道具的动画经验
- 了解Zbrush中的再拓扑和有机建模
- 在并行的项目中，能合理有效计划和管理时间和资源
- 对优先级的支持具有灵活性和适应性
- 乐于接受艺术总监的提出的工作上的要求
- 有独立工作和团队工作的能力
- 有3D 数字化设计的热情
- 谨慎，注重细节

Young online gaming company is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organised 3D Animator with demonstrable 3D animation experience to take on a major role in building our next generation of online games. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in 3D. A successful candidate will work with our Art Director and design teams, fully understand all products and solutions, collaborate and report to Directors to coordinate, track, and guide activities of our development to ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality.

Essential Duties:

- Modelling and texturing in 3D Studio Max for export into Unity
- Animating characters and props
- Manage time effectively & productively within a team environment
- Deliver an exceptional job on time and within budget
- Effectively communicate with & contribute to your team

Essential Requirements:

- 5 years above industry experience
- Exceptional working knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Photoshop
- Experienced with Unity Engine or other game engines
- Exceptional High and Low Poly asset creation including texture baking and mapping
- Experienced animator of characters and props
- Knowledge of Zbrush for re-topology and organic modelling
- Ability to plan & manage time & resources effectively whilst working on concurrent projects
- Flexible & adaptable attitude in support of strategic priorities
- Receptive to input from Art Director
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team
- Passion for 3D digital design
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail

Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between all development disciplines, as well as with upper management.
- Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in the area
- Proactive in finding new ways to problem solve and work with resolutions.
- Unrelenting self-motivation, positive attitude, and initiative.
- Fluent English communication capacity.
