职位描述
Main Role: ASSISTANT OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN NEW PROJECTS
DEVELOPMENT WITH CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND THE GROUP’S PROCESS
- Have a good understanding of his Customers’ quality methodologies and processes,
- Provide quality support to project team and develop preliminary quality assurance plan
- Following corporation quality management procedure and assistant approval of the quality plan for new projects
- Implement procedures for the distribution of all applicable Customer-specific documentation and keep it up to date,
- Prepare all the quality document according to customer phase requirement
- Report and analysis of the quality risk and quality performance during project development
- Monitor supplier’s quality system control and improvement
- Participate in Customer progress meetings on all aspects of project quality,
- Participate in all project milestones in the Customer’s presence: stage reviews, initial samples, process description audits, mass production, quality work in residence at Customer site if necessary,
-Cooperation with plant quality team and successful to transfer project quality information
- Perform other duties as required
Skill Requirements:
1. Engineering background with bachelor or above, good knowledge of stamping, welding, roll forming will be preferred
2. 2~3 years or above related experience in the automotive Tier one industry
3. Good communication and organizational skills
4. Working knowledge of quality tools (SPC, APQP,FMEA, etc)
5. Good Knowledge of GD&T and checking fixture
6. Fluent English in oral and writing and
7 willing to travel bases on project demand
