Responsibilities:

1. ERP iProucement processing: Apply for New supplier, create PO(APWF coding)

2. Payment preparation: Urgent payment request escalation & handing, solve issue of payment for supplier

3. Data analysis: monthly p&l report data analysis, SLA report maintenance monthly

4. Operation support: Bid documents preparation, all MA contracts filling

5. Administration: Mail all MA invoices &MA contracts to customer and maintenance invoice tracking list, email approval for all documents need chopping

Requirements:

Bachelor degree and above, majored in finance and accounting.

1-2 years related working experience.

ERP system experience.

CET4 above is preferred.

Familiar with excel tool.

Good communication skills. Detail oriented.
