An Accountant:

Job description:

-- Assure the proper recording and documentation of financial transactions by entering all financial transaction in the company's financial database.

-- Prepare and print out financial statements on a monthly base.

-- Set up and maintain an adequate set of documentation of all financial issues.

-- Audit the whole process of every contract by following the cashier daily work.

-- Train and develop subordinates within the financial department so that they are capable of performing there duties and attaining their full potential.

Requirements :
-College graduate or above in accounting or equivalent.
-Experience in using ERP software and Microsoft Dynamics preferable.
-Experience in multinational company preferable.
-Familiar with Chinese tax/customs regulations/tax refund.
-Ability to self manage and stay focused on the key deliverables.
-Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
-Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
-Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
