职位描述

1.Equipment Development Engineer(设备开发工程师)常州

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT:
Work with the Product design, Process engineering teams and Equipment vendors to develop manufacturing concepts to meet the product assembly and test requirements. This may include prototype development to mitigate process risks.

MECHANICAL DESIGN:
Provide accurate written design instructions. Conduct design reviews to validate the concept, design completeness and conformance to standards, manufacturability and cost effectiveness of the design. Will be responsible for the selection of all mechanical components and work with electrical engineers to define control requirements and bill of materials.

SUPPORT FOR ASSEMBLY:
Support the assembly craft team and update documentation to reflect all corrections and improvements done during fabrication and assembly.

DEBUG:
Work with the controls engineering and build teams to bring the machine to functional condition per the design intent.

QUALIFICATION:
Conduct evaluation of the machine to validate conformance to the specification before delivering to the Process engineering team for final qualification. Support Process Engineering during qualification and document all the required procedures for gauging, set-up and machine details.

SHIPMENT and INSTALLATION:
Manage the logistics of the equipment transfer to the end user. Support for installation at the receiving facility.

ONGOING SUPPORT:
Provide ongoing support to the manufacturing operations globally to facilitate continuous improvement (Yield & OEE) and feedback lessons learned for future development.

Responsibilities
· Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment preferred
· Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software is required.
· Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
· Experience in a fast moving, high growth, global and innovative environment.

Job Requirements
· Understanding of manufacturing processes, i.e. Welding, crimping, riveting, soldering,
dispensing, stamping, forming, molding, machining, etc.
· Experience in mechanical design of equipment and understanding of mechanisms.
· Preferred experience in the design of
a. Pneumatic controls.
b. High pressure pneumatic systems (up to 5000 PSI)
c. Hydraulic control systems (up to 60k PSI)
d. Precision motion control
e. Thermal systems
f. Cam systems
· Familiarity with mechanical components brands and types.
· Experience/involvement in building and debugging equipment.
· Good organization and time management skills.
· Ability to learn our corporate scheduling and financial systems to develop project plans and report on status.


2.Equipment Supervisor(设备主管)

JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors)
Position Summary:
Leading R&M team to make equipments in good condition and keep team skill improvement. Directly report to manufacture manager, quickly response to machine issue and take action to improve them; Enhance equipment capacity by excellent maintenance plan and spare parts management.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead R&M team to minimize machine downtime /improve OEE and ensuring proper operating
condition of the machines
2. Executes all maintenance activity (preventive and corrective) in order to optimize production within safety requirements
3. Machine repairs including coordination with outside resources as needed (corrects equipment stoppage/mechnical breakdown,troubleshoots)
4. Develops spare parts list, maintenance supplies and equipment needed for repair work
5. Checking spare parts plan, AM/PM activity, R&M record;
6. Lead team member to solve major problems;
7. Audit equipments safety factors;
8. Optimize machine layout plan/preparation for receiving production lines;
9. Identify/execute some improving projects;
10. Support /encourage technical operator training.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical & electrical or related major;
2. Tooling machine knowledge/Auto CAD
3. Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge
4. Above 7 years professional experience
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good oral and written English skills

3.Equipment Engineer
Position Summary:
Support maintenance of production and utility equipment.Have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Be in charge of site improvement project with supporting from equipment supervisor and manufacture manager.
Responsibilities:
? Keep machine in good condition, key machines achieve OEE goal and accidents should under control level;
? Be responsible for maintenance and management of equipments, tools, electricity,
? Making spare parts plan with reasonable price and on time proventive maintenance;
? Create and update machine operator manual as well as monitoring compliance;
? Documentation trouble shooting and train the technicians/operators;
? Schedule daily and annual check, calibration, and make related report
? Partcipate in quality improvement, failure analysis, customer audit;
? Develops spare parts list, maintenance supplies and equipment needed for repair work
? Make and maintain work instruction and relevant documents
? Give training to department personnel and keep track of skill matrix.
? Implement and maintain 5S in maintenance department
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in mechanical & electrical or related major;
? Tooling machine knowledge/Auto CAD
? Know eletric and mechinical knowledge,
? PLC programming and making drawings
? Above 3 years professional experience
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Good oral and written English skills
