Qualification Required:
- B.Sc.In Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and
- Diploma in Management studies or equivalent
- Teamwork and strategic thinking;
- Active, effective and innovative

Experience Expected:
- At least 8 years sales experience in the packaging industry of China;
- At least 3 years as head of a sales team of 5 direct reports of sales personnel covering 1/2 of China;
- Working experience as Technical Support to machine sales or project sales is preferred.

Job Duties:
- To be responsible for the profit and loss of Packaging Solutions Department;
- To solicit potential packaging suppliers and maintain a competitive portfolio;
- To build, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve annual sales & profit targets;
- To sustain positive and constructive Principal relations;
- To ensure compliance & risk coverage for the department operations and report timely on any irregularities;
- To attain business growth of 15% annually.
