Job Duties:
- Be responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements of PRC, and statutory financial report of headquarter
- Be responsible for month end closing in 3 regions
- Be responsible for compliance issues in regions, especially in headquarter of GZ, and liaise with tax bureau, audit firm, AIC etc.
- Be responsible for annual return, income tax final statement in GZ as headquarter
- Deal with internal and external auditors
- Frequent travel required, mainly to BJ,SH and HK


Qualification Required:
- University graduate, major in accounting or Financial related
- CPA, ACCA holder is preferred
- Good command of English and good communication skill

Experience Expected:
- 10 years working experience, with minimum 3 years managerial experience in commercial accounting field, audit experience is an advantage
- Be familiar with latest PRC accounting rules ,standard and tax rule in 3 regions
- Experience in ERP, Oracle is preferred
