1. Assist in annual budget, forecasting and planning
2. Responsible for standard cost/price calculation and maintenance within ERP
3. Provide periodical reports and cost analysis on financial performance
4. Identify key cost drivers and support cost optimization projects from financial point of view
5. Ensure company principles and polices and procedures are well understood and implemented;
6. Understand and perform correct treatment for costing, inventory, etc;
7.Month end inventory reconciliation
8. Review E&O reserve calculation and work with operations team to make & execute action plans on E&O reduction

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, solid technical in costing is preferable
2. Over 3 years' working experience in costing within a manufacture company
3. Self-motivated, proactive, good teamwork and communication skill
4. Mature and confidence;
5. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP, Manufacturing Module practice is must
6. Good in reading and written English

岗位职责
参与准备年度预算、滚动预测和长期计划；
负责测算标准成本及报价并维护ERP系统，分析标准成本差异原因；
定期提交与成本分析相关的差异分析报告，并对关键财务指标差异进行专项分析；
寻找关键成本驱动因素，以及以财务管理的角度支持和跟踪成本控制项目的实施；
确保公司内部风险控制流程与政策得到顺畅的执行；
准确无误处理与成本及存货相关的系统账务，以及编制月度存货余额调节表；
测算存货跌价准备，并与生产部门一同持续推进降低呆滞物料的项目工作；

任职要求
大学专科以上学历，财务会计相关专业，成本管理经验丰富者可放宽范围
三年以上生产制造行业成本会计工作经验
性格开朗、稳重、自信、积极并有良好的团队合作与沟通技巧
熟练操作Office办公软件，必须拥有ERP系统尤其生产制造模块实际操作经验
良好的英文读写能力
