工作内容及主要职责 / Job description and responsibilities
？ 任务 /Tasks
o 为焊接销售/市场部/技术部处理各类文档（word,excel,ppt,pdf）/ Deal with different files of sales / marketing / TSN (word,excel,ppt,pdf)
o 客户拜访信息和反馈信息的整理 / Make clear of customer visit record and feedback information
o 网络调查 / Internet research
o 收集市场、行业及竞争对手信息 / Collect information about market, industry & competitors
o 为展会等活动提供支持 / Providing support at trade fairs, exhibitions and events, etc.
o 销售/市场/技术材料的翻译 / Translation of sales / marketing / TSN materials
o 发出群发电子邮件和信件 / Send out bulk e-mails and mailings
o 协助客户订单部门和售后服务部处理报价/ Assist and support COP and TSN with quotation management
o 为销售/市场/技术部安排会议，出差时间及其他工作安排 / Support the Sales / Marketing / TSN in regard of meeting, business trip organization and others
o 收集市场和客户的反馈信息 / Passing on feedback from the market and customers
o 组织并管理培训，更新培训文档 / Organization and administration of trainings, updating training documents
o 为销售合作伙伴提供营销方面支持（图片，文本等） / Provide marketing support (pictures, text etc.) for sales partners
o 运用Adobe作图软件，设计简单的市场材料/与印刷公司合作 / Design marketing materials with Adobe software / Collaboration with printing company
