Essential duties and responsibilitiesa)
a) Assist the Guangzhou HR Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations of North China office.
b) Performs reception support and general administrative duties.
c) Responsible for the daily operations of the office administrative procedures such as daily transportation arrangement, coordinates the office environment and security, organizes employee activities (annual party, outing trips).
d) Support the Guangzhou ESC Manager to maintain and update the company supply chain ESC policy/documentation.
e) Support the ESC Manager to ensure all relevant sourcing staffs are fully briefed in the ESC guidelines, Environmental Criteria principles and method of implementation.
f) Keep updated on all ESC legislation within the designated country or countries.
g) Assist on the Health and Safety audits and guide the suppliers to proper remediation.
h) Assist on the successful implementation of Deckers environmental goals and metrics.
i) Ensure that all factory labs are using common test methods and interpreting all the test methods the same way and assist in lab audit program.
j) Work with North China Factories Laboratory to ensure effective implementation of the Test procedures and Standards.
k) Do other special projects and tasks as may be assigned by his superiors.


Minimum Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in either production, commercialization, development and quality control.
? Comprehensive knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.
? Familiar with industry trends and standards in employment, occupational health, safety and environment.
? Familiar with Footwear Laboratory and Material testing procedures.
? Good verbal and written English communication skill.
? Computer literate
? College graduate or footwear technical school graduate.

Minimum Competencies
? Must be able to communicate professionally with all level of people.
? Must have high moral integrity (non-corruptible).
? Have good leadership ability and can work independently.
? Comprehensive kowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and a Team player.
? Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
