Job Description:

Are you a commercial pioneer with entrepreneurial flair and passion ready to be a driving force behind bringing PR electronics’ strong worldwide growth into China?
Challenges
Defining and executing our sales strategy in China through developing a team of motivated, empowered and proud sales engineers.

Responsibilities
· Development of a world-class sales organization by leading by example
· Execution of our business plan and sales strategy
· Achieving the KPI’s and Balance Scorecard

Qualifications
· 5-7 years’ experience in sales manager role from an international company in a related industry
· Proven leadership experience, ability to motivate, drive and empower a sales team
· An open-minded and positive personality, who sees and seizes opportunities
· Bachelor degree or above in a technology related field
· You are self-propelled and enjoy taking initiatives

Family owned company,locally strong, globally present PR electronics designs and produces signal conditioning (interface) devices for the process industry within temperature, I.S. interfaces, panel meters and signal conditioners.
