General Responsibilities:

● Assist in projects proposals and client communications
协助项目策划方案撰写及客户沟通。

Detailed Responsibilities:
具体职责：
● Pitching/Proposal Development
投标、提案
- Take briefs from clients alongside accounts, briefing meetings / kickoff meetings for each project
与客户做摘要，对每个项目进行简会/会议研究
- Communication with internal team based on client briefings
在客户摘要的基础上与内部团队进行沟通
- Assist Account Director in drafting the proposals and the pitches
协助项目总监起草策划方案，开展投标
- Develop the communication and marketing strategy
进一步沟通及营销策略
- Assist to take overall responsibility for pitches coming together, including creative, logistics, budgets
协助总负责提案包括创意，物流，预算
● Project Planning

- Client communication
与客户的沟通
- Assist to projects planning and management: time schedules, briefings, dealing with suppliers, venues, design team, budgets, all client communications including meeting notes, to do list, etc.
协助项目的策划和管理：日程表，简报，供应商、场地、设计团队、预算等的协调，与客户沟通，包括会议记录，待办事项等

- Onsite responsibility for execution and delivery of projects, management of onsite team, supervision and briefing of any part time staff

- Post-project debriefing, notes, development of SOPs (internal, for training and improvement purposes)

Competency & Qualifications:
能力与资质：
? Fluent in speaking and written both English and Chinese is a must; Expertise in communication, marketing planning and project management; Japanese background is prefer
必须中文及英语口语和书写流利， 在沟通和营销策划及工程管理上有专业知识，有日语背景者优先考虑
? 3-5 years experiences, project management, showroom, Auto industry is a must, video and content production experience will be advantage
有3到5年的从业经验，必须拥有在项目管理，展示厅，汽车行业的经验，若在视频和媒体制作业有经验者更佳。
? Detailed person, proactive with well organized personality and can work under pressure
