This role requires an individual that has proven ability to organize and deliver events ranging from Media Events for VIPs, MNC Road shows, Exhibitions and Product Launches .

Key responsibilities
·The Event Manager is responsible for the design, development and production of event concept/s and budget proposals, and where applicable, include personal and/or joint presentations to and proactive follow-up with clients in accordance with all stated time frames.
The Event Manager is responsible for the professional implementation and management of each event including pre-event research, event logistics, post event evaluation.
·Active contribute to the creative design.
·Supervise internal and external resources, maintain ongoing operations documentation, and complete process checklists and procedures.
·Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
·On-site management and quality control.

Essential criteria to be successful in this position
·Competent spoken and written English
·Good working experience on event management, good sales skills and cross-functional coordination.
·Must have a very positive attitude and be passionate at work.
·Demonstrate strategic or consultative approach to event management.
·Good leading, coordinating and organizing skills.
·Be able to independently lead team to complete event and responsible for the results
·Good knowledge on IT, Auto, Finance, FMCG strong background knowledge is highly preferred
