Job description of :

1.Involving new last,new outsole and new patten development at the prototype and final line sample stage and giving technical support to developers and factory side;

2.Involing sample size shoe fit,comfort and function review and giving technical support to developers and factory side;

3.Making the paper pattern for developers and factory side if factory can't make it well;

4.Making construction review with PD technician/developers at the sample size shoe evaluation teardown meeting;

5.Fullsizes pattern trial review;

6.Production trial review and confirm to factory with QC if style can start production or not;

7.Continuously improving the shoe aesthetics, fit,comfort and function of the shoe and shoe making process;

8.Different category paper pattern technical measurements base setting up.

Position qualification :

1.Middle school's education or above;

2.Min12 years famous brands working experience in shoes industry and Min10 of 12 years are with paper patten making experience for both PD and PP of different categories;

3.Grading knowledge and good experience of technical transfer to PP and production;

4.Knowledge of shoe last development,outsole moulds development and construction review;

5.Knowledge of best practices of shoes comfort,construction and making process;

6.Generous,responsible,self-motivated,tolerant and curious with good communication skill;
