Main Responsiblity:

组织，管理，监督，控制和不断优化（在部门团队的帮助下）厂内的现场物流操作

Organize, manage, monitor, control and optimize (with the help of its team) all physical flows of the site from raw materials, components and empty boxes to end items, including transport.

管理和控制与现场物流操作相关的信息传递

Manage and control the information flows which are linked to these physical flows.

组织，调整和维护仓库的人员结构和布局

Organize, adapt and maintain the human and physical organization of the warehouses

定义和实施新项目的物流供应链的管理

Improve the Supply Chain flow and definite supply chain program of new project

Requirement:

听说读写良好
Good at English and has ability in writing and reading
3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;2年仓库主管经验，熟悉ERP的MRP流程
3 years above automobile industry work experience; Has 2 years warehouse supervisor experience, familiar with the MRP flow of ERP

认真负责;思维敏捷;沟通力强;有较强责任心;有较强团队合作意识
Careful and responsible; Quick in thinking; Has strong capability in communication; Has stronger responsibility sense; Has stronger teamwork cooperation consciousness

Description:
1. Supply chain programming and cost analysis during acquisition phase
2. In program phases, offer supply chain solutions for the production of plastic automotive products with high quality standards such as dashboards, door panels, center consoles, etc.
3. Logistic agreement with suppliers and customers during project period
4. Optimization of LA and packing definition after SOP
5. Logistic layout design and investment in place.
6. Release production plan and material order and shipment of new project during project period.
7. Material control during project period.
8. Educate and manage new supplier.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, over 3 years supply chain management experience in manufacturing environment
2. Experience in program management, supplier management procedure
3. Keen in lean production, industry engineering, TS 16949 system management, visual management
4. Good communication skill and working attitude
5. Good English skills, both oral and written
6. Strong office software
