Job Profile:
· Ensure annual ethical audit is conducted in Far East suppliers by authorized 3rd party audit firms.
· Maintain and ensure Far East RS factory master database are up-to-date.
· Support suppliers through the Sedex registration process offering advice and guidance to ensure timely registration and accurate completion of factory information;
· Ensuring suppliers maintain their Sedex account - upload audit data and corrective action and close off corrective actions once remediation is complete.
· Follow up with suppliers to ensure that they take action on high risk non-compliances.
· Escalate serious/high risk non-compliances to the relevant RS Manager (UK/India/China).
· Participated in RS projects and training if needed.
· Assist Senior Compliance Data Administrator with other related tasks.


Job Requirement:


· 1+ year experience in social compliance is an advantage
· Good communication in Mandarin and English is essential
· Excellence in interpersonal skill and communication skills
· Strong PC skills.
· Knowledge of the Sedex database and managing ethical trade data preferable.
· Familiar with ethical Code of Conduct and audit requirements and process but not necessary.
