Accountant Assistant/会计助理;
General function/总体职能:
Assist to check the payment supporting documents & key in GL transactions
协助检查付款支持文件的合规性并输入总账凭证；
Responsibilities/职责:
(1) Assist to check the payment supporting documents;
协助检查付款支持文件；
(2) Assist to verify the expenses claim reports from the employees;
协助核对员工个人报销凭据；
(3) Assist to key in the GL transactions to iScala;
协助将总账凭证录入Iscala系统；
(4) Assist to file the vouchers;
协助凭据整理存档；
(5) Others
任何其他上级指派的工作；

AR Assistant/应收助理;
General function/总体职能:
Assist to perform AR reconciliation and issue invoices to the customers;
协助执行应收账款对账与开具客户发票；
Responsibilities/职责:
(1) Assist to perform the goods issuing reconciliation with KA customers(Wal-mart, Carrefour etc) and issue VAT invoices to the customers;
协助支持重点客户(沃尔玛、家乐福等) 的出货对账,并为客户开具增值税发票；
(2) Assist to follow up with the Deflator deductions from VAT invoices to distributors and issue VAT invoices to the distributors;
协助跟进经销商Deflator费用在增值税发票上的扣减情况，并为经销商开具增值税发票；
(3) Assist to write back TI in e-condition system for those Deflators which be deducted from VAT invoices
协助费用冲回；
(4) Assist to issue VAT invoices to OEM customers;
协助工业配套销售客户增值税发票的开具；
(5) Others
任何其他上级指派的工作；
Background/资质要求:
1) 1 – 2 years of work experience in finance and accounting department;
1~2年财务或会计部门工作经验；
2) Junior college or above degree major in finance and accounting;
大专或以上学历，财务或会计专业；
备注: 此岗位为短期岗位；
