Responsibility:

1. Lead the design/proposal team;

2. Communicate with customer to understand the requirements of the project;

3. Responsible for the layout & detailed mechanical system design, simulation, specification & documentation regarding fixture, gripper, conveyor etc.;

4. Make and organize the design and proposal review;

5. Coordinate, develop and ensure that the mechanical design meets the customer specification and requirements in terms of functionality and reliability;

6. Project Management;

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2. 5+ years of related experience;

3. Rich project experience in fixture design, gripper design, conveyor design etc. in the following fields: welding, assembly, handling, metal processing,3C industry etc;

4. Experience with Design for Manufacturing,Design for Assembly, Testing, and Cost;

5. Have knowledge in CATIA V5, good command of at least one kind of 3D and 2D CAD software such as UG, ProE, Solid Works, AutoCAD;

6. Have knowledge with RobCAD, RoboMaster or similar simulation software;

7. Have knowledge in EPLAN is a plus;

8. Good team leader and organizer;

9. Good communication skills;

10. Good command of English, German is a plus;

11. Independent thinker and problem solver;

12. Able to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently;

13. Willing to travel domestically and oversea.
