High Level of Standard of a Safe, Healthy and "Zero Discharge" Operational Emissions Working
Environment
1. Reviewing, developing, implementing and maintaining effective EHS system and
procedures to achieve continuous improvements
2. Monitoring regularly and coordinating with local bodies and corporate to ensure full
compliance with corporate and local statutory requirements and legislations and internal
controls
3. Conducting periodic and independent EHS risk assessments, audits and inspections on
business operations and processes to ensure compliance
4. Collaborating with associates and Supervisors to identify and correct potential
environment, health and safety hazards
5. Developing, organizing and conducting training programs to new and existing associates,
customers, distributors, contractors and members of emergency, spill control and cleanup
teams
6. Providing all necessary safety and personal protective equipment to associates working
at hazardous areas or exposed to hazards including training
7. Conducting problem analysis, root-cause investigation on incidents, accidents and EHS
related problems and recommending preventive measures
8. Handling the disposal of waste and discharge, hazardous substances and chemical
products
9. Actively participating and contributing in safety and environment meetings, inspections,
emergency response, crisis management, fire drills, spill control, first aid, responsible
care, etc
10. Planning and executing activities that promote all aspects of EHS
cultures to raise awareness

Maintenance and Continual Improvement of company Management System
1. Reviewing, developing, implementing and maintaining effective management system and
procedures to achieve continuous improvements
2. Monitoring regularly and coordinating with local bodies and corporate to ensure full
compliance with corporate and local statutory requirements and legislations and internal
controls
3. Conducting periodic and independent audits and inspections on business operations and
processes to ensure compliance
4. Managing the introduction of new / upgrade quality system by training affected staff
5. Organizing training for internal audit team and providing support as necessary
6. Actively participating and contributing in internal and external audits
7. Tracking progress on audit actions and reporting metrics to Management Representative
8. Providing support and advisory to all departments in implementing / upgrading /
managing quality aspects / documentations of their various work processes
9. Maintaining documents control.
10. Coordinating and working with cross functional departments to meet documentation
requirements, objectives and targets.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above of Science/Diploma in Chemistry/Engineering and/related Qualifications in Health and Safety,
Environmental
2. Two to four years, or above related experience.
3. Good Presentation skills.
4. Good report writing skills.
5. Good English reading and writing skills.
