Summary:
Take full charge of operation management including production, supply chain management,customer service, etc
Main Responsibilities:
· Optimize whole production process for operational excellence
· Establish and carry out the production and capacity planning
· Ensure efficient resource utilization in running the manufacturing facility
· Be responsible for whole supply chain management including but not limited to purchasing, order management, warehouse management
· Develop and implement cost saving projects and improvements
· Ensure safe working environment of all employees in the factory
· Support the implementation of new technologies and processes
· Plan and monitor personnel deployment, direct and indirect supervision of subordinated staff with emphasis on team building, empowerment and development
Job Qualification:
· Bachelor of Science in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field; Master of Business Administration, Science or Engineering preferred.
Mechanical/technical/engineering background, with auto parts/mechanical/aerospace and aviation industry background preferred.
· Required minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing operation
· 3-5 years experience in managing a manufacturing team
· Considerable experience/skills in automated manufacturing systems
· Innovative problem solving capabilities
· Ability to present and communicate interpersonally and to listen
· Ability to relate and interact with colleagues and customers at all levels
· Ability to efficiently manage multiple activities, simultaneously, achieving excellent results
· Demonstrated ability to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
· Proven ability to motivate staff positively
· Ability to maintain silence about highly confidential information
