Responsibilities:

Full responsibilities of Zhongshan plant financial work, include costing, daily accounting, periodical closing and reporting, forecast and planning. The position also need to cover financial process, SOX and control, and special financial projects.



1. Responsible for monthly/yearly closing to ensure timely accounts account and correct/accurate month end reports. (P&L and BS, Expenses reports, productivity and inflation/deflation reports ,etc)

2. Responsible for timely report submission to HFM and to both internal and external users.

3.Responsible for monthly variance analysis, actual bridge to forecast/AOP with reasonable explanation and supporting details.

4.Responsible for annual budget and monthly forecast process and ensure reasonable accuracy. Responsible for timely submission to HFM/GPT

5.Company payment control/approval and expense/capex control.

6.Coordinate local site SOX testing and compliance checking to ensure good internal control in place.

7.Involve and supporting productivity projects and validate and approve project saving.

8.Team development and training to ensure backup on all the key positions.

9.Tax, treasury, legal and audit affair coordination


Job Requirements:



- Previous experience in managing people is a must

- Very proficient in Excel, strong working knowledge of other Office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Access)

- Experience in manufacturing companies with costing function is a must

- Experience in planning, forecasting, budget development

- Experience in development of strategic plans, process improvement initiatives

- Ability to work well in a matrix and cross-functionally environment

- Strong relationship mgt and negotiation skills

- Experience with ERP system implementation is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple critical projects in a fast paced environment
