1、大专以上学历，市场营销、广告学、设计类、美术类、计算机设计等专业毕业；
2、精通Photoshop、Firworks、IIIustrator、Flash等平面设计软件；懂得市场营销学、消费者心理学、消费者行为学、具有创意思维能力。
3、具有提炼产品的卖点及广告文字编辑能力，熟练驾驭文字和选题风格，思维活跃，有丰富的想象力、较强的逻辑思维，具备敏锐的观察力及审美能力；有丰富的互联网线上推广活动组织经验及执行力（有成功案例）者优先考虑；
4、熟悉各种互联网营销推广模式，如数据库营销、邮件营销、媒体投放、论坛社区、软文、交换链接、及其他特殊的推广方式；
5、沟通能力强，具有组织及领导团队的能力。
